Dr. David Gennis, Psy.D., LMFT
Clinical Director
Dr. David Gennis brings over two decades of experience in mental health care to his role as Clinical Director and Public Relations Director at Great Mind San Bernardino Counseling and Skill Building Center. A licensed marriage and family therapist, Dr. Gennis is known for his compassionate approach and commitment to personalized care. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding the center's reach and impact within the community.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Gennis actively engages in public outreach to promote mental health awareness. Chief Operations officer and Quality Assurance Director
Tiosha Ford serves as the Patient Advocate and Service Coordinator Director at Great Mind San Bernardino Counseling and Skill Building Center. In her role, Tiosha is dedicated to ensuring that each client receives personalized support and guidance throughout their journey toward mental wellness. Her compassionate approach and commitment to advocacy help bridge the gap between clients and the resources they need, fostering a supportive and empowering environment. Mr. Manuel AKA “ Manny “
Social Group Activity Director / Community Outreach Coordinator:
Many is responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating structured therapeutic social group activities while developing and maintaining strong community partnerships. This position supports psychosocial rehabilitation, social skills development, and community integration for individualswith serious mental illness (SMI), co-occurring disorders, or other behavioral health
needs. His role combines program development, group facilitation, client engagement, and external outreach to promote wellness, recovery, and community awareness.

Thomas Stone
Office Manager/ Neuro Technician Lead
Mr. Thomas oversees the daily administrative and operational functions of the clinic to ensure efficient, compliant, and client-centered service delivery. This role supports executive leadership, supervises front-office staff, and ensures all systems align with state, payer, and regulatory
standards.
